This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. The additional presence of a POP chain allows attackers to overwrite an administrator's password and gain administrative access.","severity":"high","score":8.8,"published":"2026-10-27T06:40:42.359Z","modified":"2026-10-27T06:40:42.359Z","withdrawn":false,"knownExploited":false,"affected":[],"references":["https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/aecfea73-97fc-48c3-bf1b-5314077739b5?source=cve","https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/3677965/kirki"],"sources":[{"name":"CVE","id":"CVE-2026-75891","modified":"2026-10-27T06:40:42.359Z","url":"https://www.cve.org/CVERecord?id=CVE-2026-75891"}],"assessments":[{"source":"Wordfence","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":8.8}],"sourceAffected":[],"kev":{"status":"not-listed","checkedAt":"2026-10-29T02:35:33.075Z"},"coverage":[{"source":"NVD","status":"not-checked"},{"source":"GHSA","status":"not-checked"},{"source":"EUVD","status":"not-checked"},{"source":"EPSS","status":"not-checked"}],"evidence":[]}
