Apache Tomcat: TOCTOU when setting specific permissions for Unix Domain Sockets - Fix for CVE-2026-65183 did not address APR connector
Impact
Apache Tomcat versions 9.0.47 through 9.0.122 have a time-of-check time-of-use (TOCTOU) vulnerability, allowing an unauthorized local user to access Unix Domain Sockets via the APR/Native connector. The issue was not fixed by the patch for CVE-2026-65183. Local access is required to exploit the weakness.
