CVE-2026-79862critical9.6

Unauthenticated Adjacent Buffer Overflow Vulnerabilities lead to Remote Code Execution

Impact

ArubaOS (AOS) versions 8.10.0.0 to 8.10.0.23, 8.13.0.0 to 8.13.3.0, 10.4.0.0 to 10.4.1.13, 10.7.0.0 to 10.7.2.6, and 10.8.0.0 to 10.8.1.1 have a buffer overflow vulnerability that could allow an unauthenticated adjacent attacker to execute arbitrary code. The vulnerability is due to a buffer copy without checking the size of the input. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code as a privileged user.
