SQLite before 3.54.0 Stack Exhaustion via COLLATE Operator Chain

Impact

SQLite before 3.54.0 has a stack exhaustion vulnerability via COLLATE operator chains, allowing attackers to bypass the SQLITE_LIMIT_EXPR_DEPTH limit and crash the process. Attackers can supply chained COLLATE operators in SQL or an untrusted database view to trigger unbounded recursion. The weakness is uncontrolled recursion.
